About the Role:
As an intern, you’ll work alongside our experienced design and development team, gaining hands-on experience in creating stunning, user-friendly websites. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge design trends, tools, and techniques while contributing to real projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and building responsive websites.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging for seamless functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: BSc in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent from accredited institution.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of WordPress/Content Management Systems (CMS).
- A creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (even academic or personal projects).
Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
